Digihost Technology (NASDAQ:DGHI) on Friday said it had got a notification from Nasdaq that the company was not in compliance with its listing rule on minimum bid price deficiency.The notice said the company's shares had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq.DGHI has been provided an initial period of 180 calendar days, or until April 10, 2023, to regain compliance.The company said its business operations were not affected by the notice.
