Do Kwon, the co-founder of Terraform Labs (TFL) has refuted claims that the company has any special privileges over the governance of Luna Classic (LUNC). Proposal To Work With Validators On July 8, a Twitter user posted on why a governance vote earlier passed to have the LUNC delegation re-enabled is yet to be executed. According to the user, the fact that governance on LUNC is yet to be resumed means Terraform Labs still has all the control over it. Responding to the user, Do Kwon explained that Terraform Labs has no absolute control over LUNC and that whoever came up with the proposal to resume delegation should coordinate with validators to forge the way forward and upgrade the network.
