The Ethereum (ETH) co-founder Vitalik Buterin has made some $5 million worth of donations in Ethereum (ETH), with half going to the Ukrainian government and the remaining to a charity that provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainian citizens. Vitalik Buterin Donated to Two Ukrainian Charities Vitalik Buterin, the creator and co-founder of Ethereum, donated $5 million of ETH to Ukrainian charities this week. While he did not personally announce the donations; the transactions were instead disclosed by Aid for Ukraine, which was co-established by the Kyiv-based crypto trading platform Kuna. He also donated to Unchain Fund, a charity project run by blockchain activists for Ukraine’s humanitarian aid.
