‘Cryptoqueen’ Ruja Ignatova Added To Europe’s Most Wanted List

Self-proclaimed “cryptoqueen” Ruja Ignatova, the founder of OneCoin, a ponzi scheme disguised as a cryptocurrency, has been added to Europe’s most wanted list for allegedly scamming investors for up to $5 billion in 2017.
