After 4-Hour Outage, IoT Platform Helium is Now Back Up and Running

The Internet of Things (IoT) blockchain network Helium is now back up and running following a four-hour outage caused by a failure in the Consensus Group. Helium Resumes New Block Production According to an update from Helium, new block production started with block number 1435693 at 1:45 pm ET on July 11. The team also assured that it’s going to monitor the chain throughout the day by working closely with validator operators to ensure they were synced correctly. We're back folks. Due to this, token transfers could not be completed, and miner rewards were stopped. However, associated devices with the network remained unaffected. The core team is investigating an issue causing the Consensus Group to stop producing blocks. At this time, submitting transactions to the blockchain will remain pending and will not clear.
