Cosmos has published a new whitepaper that proposes a redesigned Cosmos Hub with improved security and interoperability, with significant modifications to its native ATOM coin. On Monday, the new Cosmos whitepaper was unveiled at the Cosmoverse conference in Medellin, Colombia. The enhancements described in the whitepaper are still officially in the proposal phase, but modifications were likely to be put on-chain on October 3.
