The primary financial regulators in France have approved Crypto.com to function as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) in their nation. According to a statement released on Wednesday, the authorizations from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) follow reviews of its AML and counter-terrorist funding procedures. Crypto.com’s Regulatory Approval in France To acquire regulatory permission, Crypto.com underwent a comprehensive evaluation, focusing on anti-money laundering and countering the funding of terrorism. With this registration, Crypto.com will offer customers in France a range of goods and services compliant with regional laws.
