Semler Scientific, a company focused on technology solutions for healthcare providers, announced an update on its Bitcoin holdings. Between December 5 and December 15, 2024, the company acquired an additional 211 Bitcoin ( BTC ) for $21.5 million, bringing its total holdings to 2,084 BTC. The recent purchase was made at an average price of $101,890 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses. The total value of Semler’s Bitcoin holdings now stands at $168.6 million, based on an average purchase price of $80,916 per Bitcoin. Semler’s Bitcoin acquisition was funded through proceeds from its at-the-market offering and operating cash flow. The company has been utilizing its Controlled Equity OfferingSM Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. for its ATM program, which allows Semler to offer and sell common stock periodically to raise capital. Additionally, the company has filed a second prospectus supplement to its S-3 Shelf Registration, seeking to offer an additional $50 million in shares under the ATM offering. This move will bring the total amount offered under the ATM program to $150 million.
