MicroStrategy purchased an additional 15,350 BTC for $1.5 billion between Dec. 9 and Dec. 15 at an average price of $100,386 per BTC, according to a recent 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This brings its total Bitcoin holdings to approximately $46.9 billion at current BTC prices, around 2% of Bitcoin’s total supply. It remains the largest corporate Bitcoin investor in the world. The company made its latest Bitcoin acquisition shortly after selling 3,884,712 of its MSTR stocks for the same amount during the same period.
