Cardano Foundation, a non-profit organization, has announced a three-year arrangement with the University of Zurich Blockchain Center to work together on research projects and investigate the future growth of education and academic research on Cardano’s blockchain. Partnership Between Cardano Foundation & University Of Zurich to Drive Research in DLT Technologies The Cardano Foundation hopes to develop a research collaboration that will benefit both parties. The Cardano Foundation will collaborate with the Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (BDLT) group at the University of Zurich over a three-year period, with the goal of advancing high-quality academic research in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies at the university level. According to Cardano Foundation CEO Frederik Gregaard, the agreement will allow the foundation to deliver critical information to the university with the goal of growing the institution’s knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and improving its understanding of Cardano, among other things. “Our collaboration with the University of Zurich will provide crucial insights to nurture the ecosystem and enhance understanding of Cardano.
