Anyone on the earth can have access to it.” In addition, the proposal noted that the currencies of countries such as Nigeria and Turkey have significantly dropped. However, Bitcoin and stablecoins have provided some stability to such crumbling economies. Furthermore, the letter highlighted the issue of fraud and scams. The proposal stated, “Although there is scam in the sector, the solution is to teach people how to differentiate between them.
