BitNile gains aftermarket on $46.4M ATM offering of series D preferred stock

BitNile (NYSE:NILE) stock climbed 24% postmarket on Tuesday after the firm announced an at-the-market offering of 13% series D cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock for gross proceeds of up to $46.4M. Proceeds will be used for financing of potential acquisitions, purchase of bitcoin miners, business expansions and investments, and for general corporate purposes. NILE does not have deals or commitments for any acquisitions at this time.
