The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand has filed charges against a co-founder of Zipmex and the CEO of its Thai subsidiary, Akalarp Yimwilai, and the cryptocurrency exchange itself. Due to Zipmex and Eklarp’s failure to deliver this information, the Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a complaint. In an official response shared, a company spokesperson said that Zipmex is currently compiling relevant documents that belong to both Zipmex itself and Zipmex Pte. Ltd., which is not under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Thai SEC.
