According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, venture capital company Bloccelerate seeks to raise $100 million for its second fund. Since the fund’s launch on August 25, the Bloccelerate VC Fund II has already collected $20 million from 26 investors. Although only one-fifth of the goal, the sum now exceeds the company’s $12 million initial investment by late 2020. Bloccelerate makes investments in seed and Series A fundraising rounds.
