BitNile (NYSE:NILE) stock climbed 24% postmarket on Tuesday after the firm announced an at-the-market offering of 13% series D cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock for gross proceeds of up to $46.4M. Proceeds will be used for financing of potential acquisitions, purchase of bitcoin miners, business expansions and investments, and for general corporate purposes.
